McLeods Cottage

Set at the mouth of the spectacular Ailnack Gorge, McLeod's Cottage is an excellent self catering holiday home for larger families of up to 7 people.

 

Our rental week runs from Sunday to Sunday for the convenience of our sporting guests. (By tradition there is no fishing in this area on Sundays)

 

Ground Floor Accommodation

• Fully equipped Kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator & microwave.

• Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and wash basin, drying area over oil-fired boiler.

• Sitting room with colour television and electric fire.

• Hallway with coat hangers.

• Dining room overlooking the Trout Pond and the Ailnack Torrent.

• Twin-bedded room with adjoining Single-bedded room.

First Floor Accommodation

• Landing leading to Double-bedded room.

• One Twin-bedded room.

• Shower room with wash basin and toilet.

The cottage has full oil-fired central heating. There is no extra charge for electricity, heating oil and linen.

 

There is a kennel and run beside the cottage and well behaved dogs may be permitted, subject to close liaison with the resident Estate Gamekeeper.
