Accommodation Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are weekly terms inclusive of VAT. For booking purposes, a child shall be regarded as "a person".

Accommodation is let as self-catering only.

The cottages will be available from 4pm on the first day of your holiday and must be vacated by 10am on the final day.

Bookings are normally accepted on a Sunday to Sunday basis. If you have any other requirement, please ask - we may be able to help.

A completed booking form and deposit of 30% of total cost of hire must be sent within 7 days of booking.

We will confirm the booking promptly by post. The final balance of hire must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Where a booking is made 8 weeks or less prior to commencement of hire, the full amount should be paid within 14 days to fully confirm the booking.
